How acceptance works: By checking the agreement checkbox on the Beta Signup form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. The form submission timestamp serves as your dated record of acceptance.

Section 01

Confidentiality

Tester acknowledges that the Call Box Helper application, including its features, functionality, design, code, and any related materials provided during the beta program (collectively, "Confidential Information"), are proprietary and confidential to Developer.

Tester agrees to:

  1. Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Developer.
  2. Not post, publish, stream, screenshot, or otherwise share information about the application on any public platform, social media, forum, or review site during the beta period.
  3. Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of testing and providing feedback to Developer.
Section 02

No Reverse Engineering

Tester agrees not to:

  1. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the application.
  2. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the application.
  3. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the application.
Section 03

No Competition

During the beta period and for a period of one (1) year following its conclusion, Tester agrees not to use knowledge, ideas, or insights gained through participation in the beta program to develop, assist in developing, or contribute to any application or product that competes directly with Call Box Helper.

Section 04

Feedback Ownership

Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or recommendations that Tester provides to Developer regarding the application ("Feedback") shall become the sole and exclusive property of Developer. Tester assigns all rights, title, and interest in such Feedback to Developer and waives any claim to compensation or credit for such Feedback.

Section 05

No Distribution

Tester agrees not to:

  1. Share, transfer, sell, or sublicense access to the application or beta program to any third party.
  2. Share installation files, APKs, or any build of the application with any person not authorized by Developer.
Section 06

No Warranty

Tester acknowledges that the application is provided in beta form "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or defects. Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the application's performance, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose during the beta period.

Section 07

Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon Tester's acceptance and remains in effect until Developer formally concludes the beta program or terminates Tester's participation. Confidentiality and non-competition obligations survive termination of this Agreement.

Developer reserves the right to revoke beta access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Section 08

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Section 09

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the beta program and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. Developer reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice to active testers.
